# What is Klipy?

> Klipy turns your sales conversations into follow-ups, CRM updates, and pipeline actions — drafted and ready for your approval in minutes.

Klipy is the AI CRO for sellers who don't have one — the ops person, CRM admin, sales manager, and SDR a 10-person team would split between people, doing it all for you alone. After every call, email, or meeting, Klipy reads the conversation and prepares what follows: follow-ups, CRM updates, next steps. You review and approve — nothing sends without you.

The core promise: conversations produce revenue action in **minutes**, not hours.

## How Klipy works

Klipy runs three steps every time a conversation happens.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Connect">
    Link your email, calendar, and meeting tools. Klipy connects via OAuth in about two minutes and begins capturing conversations across email, calls, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

    No agents to configure. No flows to build. Connection is the only setup required.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Delegate">
    Tell Klipy what to do after each conversation type. In plain language:

    > "After every meeting, draft a follow-up with a summary and the next step."
    > "When a deal closes, identify three similar accounts and draft outreach."

    You set the instruction once. Klipy runs it automatically for every conversation that matches.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Approve">
    Drafts appear in your approval queue minutes after each conversation ends. Review, edit if needed, and approve. Klipy never sends anything without your sign-off.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What Klipy produces

After each conversation, Klipy prepares one or more of the following based on your delegation rules:

* **Follow-up emails** — Written from the actual conversation, in your voice
* **Meeting summaries** — Key points, action items, next steps
* **CRM updates** — People and company records updated from what was discussed
* **Proposals and recaps** — Structured from the deal context and your templates
* **Expansion outreach** — Lookalike accounts identified and first messages drafted when deals close

## How Klipy compares to what you already use

| Tool category | What they do | Where the gap is |
| ------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Conversation intelligence | Records and transcribes your calls | You still write the follow-up after every meeting |
| AI SDRs | Send outreach automatically, without your approval | Burned domains, zero replies — you lose control of your brand |
| AI writing assistants | Suggest text as you type | You still have to decide what to write and when to send |
| CRM systems | Store data only after you type it in yourself | 79% of opportunity data never gets entered — data is days old or missing |

Klipy turns the conversation into the action that follows, and nothing sends until you approve it — **Drafted, not sent.** **Your judgment. AI's speed.** You connect your channels and describe what you want in plain language, with zero implementation or workflow setup.

## Why we built it this way

The category tried to replace sellers. The data is in: 1,400 outbound emails, zero replies. Zero meetings booked in six months. Fully autonomous AI burns trust, burns domains, and removes the one thing that actually closes deals — your judgment about when to push and when to wait.

Most AI tools were built by developers for developers. The configuration required to get value locked out the people who needed it most — sellers running their own pipeline alone, closing deals between calls with no one else to hand the admin work to. A \$10,000 agency fee and six months of implementation isn't a product. It's a consulting project with a SaaS login.

**Drafted, not sent** is the only model that combines AI speed with human judgment. You describe what you want in plain language — "after every meeting, draft a follow-up with a summary and next step" — and Klipy runs it automatically, producing a draft minutes after the conversation ends. You approve. The action goes out. No hallucinated outreach. No burned trust. No setup required.

## Built for the seller who sells alone

Klipy is built for one person: the owner-seller who runs their own pipeline with no ops team, no CRM admin, and no one else to catch a follow-up that went quiet. Before Klipy, that looks like forgetting to follow up after a good call, CRM fields sitting empty for weeks, and deals stalling because it went quiet after they replied and nobody circled back.

After Klipy, the same person gets a draft follow-up waiting before they've opened their inbox, a CRM that's already current from the conversation itself, and a nudge the moment a thread needs one — the coverage a 10-person team would give a deal, applied to a pipeline of one.
