# How do I sign in or accept an invite?

> Klipy uses magic links for passwordless login. If your link has expired, you can request a new one instantly. Here's how.

Klipy uses **magic links** for passwordless login — there's no password to remember. When you sign in, Klipy emails you a link that logs you in with one click. These links expire after **10 minutes** for security.

If your link has expired before you clicked it, you can get a new one immediately.

## Requesting a new magic link

**1. Go to the Klipy login page**

Visit [app.klipy.ai](https://app.klipy.ai) and enter your email address.

**2. Click Sign in**

Klipy will send a new magic link to your email address.

**3. Open the email and click the link within 10 minutes**

Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from Klipy. Click the link before it expires.

> If the email takes more than a minute to arrive, check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from a `klipy.ai` address.

## Tips to avoid expired links

* **Open the email on the same device and browser** you'll be using Klipy on. Magic links are tied to the session they were requested from.
* **Don't forward the email** — forwarding can delay delivery past the 10-minute window.
* **Click the link immediately** — if you tend to open email later, request the link only when you're ready to log in.
